About Subscriptions

Basic subscribers can access current-day Market Reports and thumbnail and full-size presentation-quality charts.  You can get a Basic Subscription for as little as $5.95/month.

Standard subscribers can access all  Market Reports, Quotes & Charts, Historical Chart Library and other services in either the Currencies, Commodity, Index or all three libraries.  

Plus subscribers have the same access privileges as Standard subscribers plus access to almost 30 investment newsletters published by industry experts (daily and weekly).

Q:  How do I subscribe to theFinancials.com?
A:  Visit our subscription form and follow the onscreen directions.

Q:  How do I login?
A:  You are only asked to login every two days or so.  We store your login information on a cookie on your computer so you can get utilize the tools in our financials libraries as quickly and as easily as possible.  When it is time for you to login again, you will be prompted automatically.

Q:  I forgot my User ID!  What should I do?
A:  Help at theFinancials.com? to request for your login information to be sent to you

Q:  Do you provide historical data services?
A:  Yes, visit our visit our Data Center to learn more

Q:  How do I subscribe to your financial newsletters?
A:  Go to our online order form and fill out the necessary information.

Q:  How do I unsubscribe from your financials newsletters?
A:  Go to our online order form, enter the e-mail address that you subscribed with and check the "unsubscribe" box (far right column) for each newsletter that you no longer wish to receive. 

Q:  How do I cancel my subscription?
A:  Visit our subscription from and select the "cancel" option and follow the onscreen directions.

Q:  How do I login?
A:  We store your login information for a period of time so you are not required to enter your User ID every time you visit the site. When you need to login again (usually if you haven't visited the site in awhile) you will automatically be prompted to do so.

Q:  How do I change my email address and/or personal information?
A:  Please send with your new information to Help at theFinancials.com. Be sure to include your UserID and old email address.
